Bakery Cleaning

Bakeries are in essence food production facilities, but have very unique requirements. Namely, moisture and airborne flour particles must be kept to an absolute minimum to avoid bacterial growth and explosion hazards respectively.

Hyspec therefore implement a dry-clean process for bakeries, allowing us to clean all surfaces while keeping the use of moisture to a minimum. We also use specialised equipment, such as electro-statically filtered industrial vacuum cleaners and wash & dry floor scrubbers. All of which ensures that optimal production conditions are kept while allowing us to deliver a high-quality, daily clean of all surfaces and machinery.

We also typically provide a monthly or quarterly high-level clean to reduce the risk of debris falling into the products
