How often should you clean your refrigerated cases or cold stores?

Refrigerated cases in retail or hospitality sectors should ensure cleaning of interior and exterior of units takes place at a minimum of once a week or at more frequent intervals depending on the type of cabinet and food product being stored or displayed in them.
